Not what I expected at all : Fashion Bed Group Fenton King Headboard, Black Walnut
We have been searching for a metal headboard for over two months and wanted something that would go along with the wrought iron decor of the house/bedroom - this was definitely not it.
The images show the frame as being slightly more slender than normal but what we recieved was a headboard with brackets the thickness of pencils and nowhere near the color we expected. The color is gray...literally it looks like the headboard was gold and they just brushed a gray brown paint over the top...it makes the bed look very modern and almost impossible to match to anything in our home or to find anything in stores that would match - and defeats the purpose of saving money by just replacing a headboard rather than replacing an entire bedroom suite!
